Cupping- Traditionally fire cupping has been used to enhance circulation through the whole body and is also used for pain relief from injuries or musculoskeletal complaints. Cupping has also been shown to be beneficial for respiratory infections, low immunity and other chronic infections.
Moxibustion (Moxa)- A treatment for strengthening the immune system and strengthening organ function throughout the body. In Traditional Chinese medicine moxa is primarily used as a tonification treatment to make the body stronger.
